One fixed price, fifty percent to begin and fifty on delivery. No retainer to keep your own site alive.
Hosting and domain
Not part of the build fee. We set up hosting that fits your traffic and budget, and you pay the host and registrar directly.
Optional support
Maintenance and Support is a monthly add-on for updates, monitoring, and edits. There is no required retainer; skip it and the site is still entirely yours.

Starter sites typically ship in 3 to 5 days once we have your content. Studio builds run 1 to 2 weeks depending on scope. You get a precise timeline on the first call.
Hosting and your domain renewal, paid directly to those providers. If your build uses paid services, such as a payment processor, an email platform, or a paid plugin, those are billed by their providers too. There is no required retainer with us; Maintenance and Support and any new work are optional and quoted in writing first. We list the expected third-party costs before you commit.
Completely. The code, the design, and the domain configuration are yours. If you move to another developer or host, the site goes with you.
